Simply Blonde - Sheer Tone - Steel

This permanent coloring cream neutralizes unwanted reflections while depositing pigments that will enhance blonde hair. The translucent formula allows you to adjust the intensity of the color according to the desired results.

How to use

• Mix with 20V Developer at 1:1 ratio
• Leave on for up to 30 minutes and rinse
• For a more subtle color, leave on for 5 minutes only
• Wash and condition hair
